- All local deliveries can currently be expected within 10 working days.
- We will contact you within 3 working days from your order date to book in your delivery. If you are within a 30-mile radius of one of our centres your purchase will usually be delivered by our own Frosts delivery team
- You will receive a text message 48 hours prior to your delivery with a 2-hour window delivery time
- Our team will text or call you when they are approximately 30 minutes away

Nationwide Garden Furniture deliveries can be expected within 7 working days.

Cleaning -
We recommend that you clean your garden furniture at the beginning and end of the season.
To clean your furniture, use warm soapy water only. Never use abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents.
Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately.
Storage -
The furniture is able to be left out all year round (excluding cushions).
We recommend using a furniture cover when the item is not in use.
Do not cover the furniture with the cushions still on the set as this may cause dampness to the cushions.
