What happens after I’ve painted my pottery...

Generally, your pottery will be ready approximately 14 days from the date of painting, in the rare exception that this would not be ready, we will notify you via email or telephone. If you need to change the date of collection, please call our team on 01908 583511 quoting the reference number you have been given. Please be aware we will only hold finished items for a maximum of 2 months, after this point any uncollected items will be disposed of, we will attempt to contact you twice before the end of the 2 months. You will receive a receipt on the day of painting, please bring this along with your reference number on your collection day - this is your proof of purchase. Please carefully check your pottery on collection, as once you’ve left the studio, we are not held responsible for any damage or breakages. There may be occasions, where due to the firing process defects and breakages may occur, unfortunately this is out of our control, if this should arise, we will rectify or replace the item.

Aftercare Advice

Due to the pottery being handmade, we do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher or microwave as this may affect their longevity.

The Lily Pots Story...

Lily Pots Pottery has been running as a mobile pottery painting business for the last three years.

Natalie started the business from her love of painting and creativity, seeing hundreds of customers over the years Natalie has mainly focussed on attending baby groups, corporate businesses, and WI groups.

Having previously worked at Frosts, it only seemed right that we became the new permanent home for Lily Pots Pottery.
