Floristry / Small Item Orders, Deliveries & Returns

Placing an order

Placing an order is simple. Click the ‘add to basket’ button next to any item you desire. Once you have all the items you want in your basket you will be asked to ‘checkout’ to complete your purchase.

Checking out and payment

During checkout you will be required to supply any relevant contact and delivery information and enter your payment card details, you can also complete your required delivery date and any personal message for the recipient in the delivery instructions field.

Before payment is taken you will be able to review your selected items, but once you have clicked on “Pay now” your payment will be processed immediately via our secure payment channels (see Privacy Policy for more info).

For Floristry orders only - on placing the order if you have not entered a required delivery date we will contact you by telephone to confirm this.

Order processing and tracking

Once payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of the transaction which will include your order reference, items ordered, delivery address and other contact details, plus the total amount paid.

Delivery

We deliver locally 7 days a week. Local deliveries are any made within the following postcode areas – MK1, MK2, MK3, MK4, MK5, MK6, MK7, MK8, MK9, MK10, MK11, MK12, MK13, MK14, MK15, MK16, MK17

We also deliver nationally (most of MAINLAND UK) but due to the nature of cut flowers we ONLY deliver Tuesday-Friday inclusive.

The delivery charges are as follows:

  • £5.99 for local delivery

  • £6.99 for national delivery

A same day service is offered for LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY for any orders placed before 3pm*

A next day delivery service is offered for ANY orders placed after 3pm*

* The cut off for ordering may vary during busy times such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Cancelling an order

Orders can ONLY be cancelled via telephone. Please contact our customer services team on 01908 583511

Unhappy with your order?

Although we try to ensure our packaging protects your flowers throughout its journey, there are rare occasions when items may become damaged in transit. We do ask that, if you can, check that you have the correct items and look for signs of damage prior to signing for the goods. Please note any concerns on the delivery note before the driver leaves.
