Event Ticket Orders, Deliveries & Returns
Buying a ticket
Select your venue then click on 'Book Now' to start the ordering process. You will be asked to select the number and type of tickets required and the date and time you prefer.
Once you have reviewed your booking you will be asked to 'checkout' to complete your purchase.
Checking out and payment
During checkout you will be required to supply any relevant contact information and enter your payment card details.
Delivery of tickets
Tickets will be sent digitally to your registered e-mail address. You will need to print them off or present them on a mobile device at your chosen event.
Cancelling or amending an order
All of our tickets are non-refundable and you must accept the terms and conditions of the ticket prior to booking.
To cancel your attendance or to re-schedule please contact our customer services team on 01908 583511 or email@example.com at least one working day before the event. However, we may charge a small fee for any amendment which will be donated to charity. You will be advised of this on the website or on the telephone at the time of booking. Please be aware that re-scheduling the event will be subject to availability.
Cancellation of event by Frosts
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by us for a variety of reasons. We will aim to notify you of any cancellations as soon as we can either by telephone and/or e-mail. Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered sessions at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund.
Refunds will be given via the original method of payment and at the same price as the original sale (including any discounts/special offer reductions). Refunds will be processed within 5 working days but funds may take longer to appear in your bank account.
