  • On despatch you will receive a text from DHL so that you can amend your delivery date if you wish

Garden Furniture Deliveries

Local Delivery - 

All local deliveries can currently be expected within 10 working days

Within 30 miles from any Frosts Garden Centre

Premium 'White Glove' Delivery -

  • Free Delivery on orders £500 or over
  • £25 Delivery on orders £499 or under 
  • We will contact you within 3 working days from your order date to book in your delivery.
  • Your purchase will be delivered by our own Frosts delivery team
  • You will receive a text message 48 hours prior to your delivery with a 2-hour window delivery time
  • Our team will text or call you when they are approximately 30 minutes away

Please note we are unable to assemble or erect your purchase.

​Nationwide Delivery -

Nationwide Garden Furniture deliveries can be expected within 7 working days.
 

Our Nationwide delivery partner is DHL - 

  • £200 Delivery for 30+ miles from your local store 
  • On despatch you will receive a text from DHL so that you can amend your delivery date if you wish

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to UK Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, or Channel Islands.

 

Large Items

For large items, our standard delivery charges do not apply.

Our delivery prices are bespoke to the size and weight of these parcel, so just add these to your basket, along with your postcode and your delivery cost will be populated.

Direct from Suppliers

DELIVERY DIRECT FROM THE SUPPLIER

If the product is shipped directly from supplier, it will be mentioned in the delivery tab on the product page.
Some items are delivered directly from a supplier using their preferred delivery method – usually a courier, or occasionally their own delivery team. The supplier will contact you directly and will give you a delivery estimate accordingly.
