Marketing Co-ordinator

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual, who is looking to further their career within a Marketing department in a fast paced, family run business.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself into all aspects of Marketing. In this role, no day is the same. One day you could be overseeing a photoshoot for our new menu, the next you could be in our Garden Furniture show room creating some exciting content, the next you could be creating a dynamic newsletter to share with our customers.

Responsibilities are as follows;

Online

  • Responsible for ensuring that the website always looks inspiring, regularly building content to drive trade in store and online.
  • Responsible for creating and uploading product descriptions, imagery, and video content on product pages for the online store.
  • Create an e-newsletter calendar that will drive footfall and sales both in store and online. Build & send out newsletter content & report on each campaign.
  • Responsible for managing all Google / Trip Advisor accounts across the business ensuring imagery & content is kept up to date. Update opening times across all platforms.
  • Monitor PPC performance and ensure that we are maximising all campaigns for both instore & online.
  • Create and action SEO content on the E-commerce back-office system.
  • Work with the Customer Service team to investigate any online customer queries that can’t be resolved. Log any issues with 3rd party providers and communicate the resolution.
  • Report on the key website metrics including sales, views & conversion.
  • Seek out and work with suppliers on opportunities to create a calendar of competitions that will drive the customer database.
  • Assist with managing the customer database.

 

Social Media

  • Plan a social media calendar that will excite and inspire our customer to shop & eat at Frosts, covering all social media.
  • Work with different areas of the business to create engaging video content that can be used for online and social media to drive sales.
  • Create effective paid social media campaigns including the creative, targeting, monitor & analysis.
  • Monitor and report on all social media performance, to ensure all content is maximised and lessons learnt for future content.
  • Share user-generated content across all social media platforms and keep highlights & Linktree links up-to-date.
  • Respond to customer comments and messages in a timely manner. Explore & action additional ways that we can build the Frosts community online.
  • Create inspiring industry content to be shared on LinkedIn.
  • Create content to excite, inspire & educate our colleagues on Fourth.
  • Assist the events team on larger brand events through social media content and paid for campaigns.
  • Support HR with recruitment through our social media channels.

 

Loyalty

  • Assist with the launch of a new loyalty scheme.
  • Assist to create a calendar of promotions that will increase purchase value, frequency and lifetime value through segmentation and targeting.
  • Create & build all emails / push notifications for the loyalty scheme.
  • Assist with recruiting new customers to the brand through our digital loyalty programme.

 

Brand / PR

  • Assist with copy across all brand materials including Frosts magazines, direct mailings and in-store POS.
  • Assist with brand photoshoots.
  • Seek out and inform social media influencers and bloggers about key products or areas of the business that we are keen to promote. Create a calendar of ways that we can work with key influencers across both sites.
  • Assist the retail teams with product events i.e. Gardening talks, Shopping events etc.
  • Drive the ‘fun’ element to our communications and instore events.
  • Assist the Graphic Designer when necessary, to create product POS.
  • Provide general administration support for the team.

 

You must have 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role (with a degree or professional qualification in marketing). We are looking for someone who is passionate, enthusiastic, and creative, who lives and breathes social media.

Other skills required:

· Intermediate skills in Word / Excel

· Knowledge of Indesign / Photoshop / Video editing (desired but not essential)
