- All local deliveries can currently be expected within 10 working days.
- We will contact you within 3 working days from your order date to book in your delivery.
- Our deliveries will be fulfilled by our own Frosts delivery team. Occasionally external couriers will be used.

Cleaning -
We recommend that you clean your cushion box at the beginning and end of the season.
To clean, use warm soapy water only. Never use abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents.
Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately.
Storage -
The cushion box is able to be left out all year round (excluding cushions).
Do not leave cushions in the storage box through the winter. In addition, air out the storage box when cushions have not been used for a prolonged period of time.
