Team Leader - Garden Sundries

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and creative individual for the role of Garden Sundries Team Leader at our Millets Farm Garden Centre.
With a flair for product presentation and a passion for all things garden related, you should be able to work effectively on your own or as part of the wider team. You will be responsible for ensuring that both yourself and the team deliver the highest standards of service to our customers at all times and in addition you will take accountability for the ordering of stock and the implementation of seasonal layout changes.
In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels throughout the company. This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous retail experience looking to develop their leadership / management skills.
This is a full-time position (42.5 hours) Flexibility is required as this position includes weekend and bank holiday working.
