Restaurant Customer Service Assistant

We are currently recruiting for full -time and weekend Customer Service Assistants to join our busy restaurant team at Frosts, Millets Farm.

These roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in a busy, vibrant and friendly environment, and who would be confident in communicating with our customers. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serving and interacting with customers
  • Running a section
  • Ensuring food and drink meets the required standards
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the restaurant

The ideal candidate will be:

Friendly - Welcoming and warm when interacting with customers and colleagues

Reliable - Punctual

Optimistic - A 'can do' attitude

Self Motivated  - Taking pride in what they do

Team Player - Able to work effectively as part of a bigger team

Interested - Keen to learn

Energetic - Bubbly and completes tasks with a sense of urgency

All applicants need to be available to work weekends.
