Customer Service Assistant in our Retail Support Office

Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to manage all customer enquiries, event bookings and exceptions, empathize with our customers in a friendly manner to support and understand the obstacles/exceptions that can occur within the journey of a customer and help to reduce/remove any impact to the customer.

You will need to correspond with customers and internal departments in a personalized, knowledgeable and helpful way. You will need to listen to our customers and understand how important a resolution is to ensure customer retention. You must remain customer focused always to provide the best service experience. You will need to capture all current issues and feedback to relevant departments.

Some key skills that you need…

  • Ability to put the customer first
  • Proven previous experience in a customer service role (face to face or in a contact centre)
  • Good PC, IT & typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible to work shifts including every Sunday

Working Hours

This position is working a 10 day fortnight which includes working every other weekend (Tuesday and Wednesday off the following week when working the weekend)

Due to the seasonal peak times hours are as follows:

January, February October and November

9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday

9.30am - 4.30pm Sunday

March, April, May June, August, September and December

9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday

9.30am - 4.30pm Sunday
