Get ready for the most enchanting spectacle of the year… as Santa Claus is coming to town.

Returning bigger and better for 2023, Santa’s Arrival Parade is back! With festive entertainment, joyful music, a magical light show and a spectacular entrance from Santa Claus himself, it’s a wonderful way to kick off the festive season.

Wave hello to your favourite princesses, snap a photo with the cheeky elves or wish the big man a very merry Christmas. Santa’s Arrival Parade is a magical celebration that brings all the wonders of the North Pole to your doorstep - a family experience not to be missed this Christmas!

Delicious hot food and drink will be available in The Grill area at the entrance of the store, including a boozy hot chocolate station, burgers & hot dogs, and vegetable chilli. 

All proceeds will be split between the following charities:

• Harry’s Rainbow
• Ride High
• Cystic Fibrosis Trust

Please arrive at the start time listed on your ticket. Due to staggered arrival, we will only allow you access to the car park at this time.
