- by using Rainforest Alliance certified coffee in our Garden Room Restaurant
- by using locally sourced meats - to reduce travel miles

By supporting British nurseries we are also providing our customers we plants which are ideal for your garden, as they are grown in British weather conditions - so they are use to our rain, wind and hail!
